This was Lyle Lewis’ house. He and his wife passed and their children sold it to me. Kim Alora lived it for a year after she sold it to me. i then completely remodeled it. all new wiring. new siding, new windows, half new roof, insulation, drywall, kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. i used mostly reused material in the framing fixes. the enclosed back porch is now a dinette off the kitchen. i also rebuilt the greenhouse porch.

wow, that is simply awe-inspiring. Last I visited your bungalow, the wind was whistling through the pane-less windows. Good things happen to good people. You should be mayor of Manila.
hi angela. thanks, it has been a long journey! some day, when i am old and gray, perhaps the mayor then… ;-)
